Recorded as House, Office etc on the Witheridge Tithe Apportionment (Plot 80a).

Three buildings marked, comprising an L-shaped range, incorporating the farmhouse with two rectangular buildings, one larger than the other, aligned north-south to the south.

Rowden marked. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the farmstead to have changed comparatively little, although a horse engine house is shown on the larger of the two rectangular buildings. The smaller building has gone. A large pond is also shown. Map object partly based on this source.
