A former field boundary of potential medieval date is visible as two earthwork banks on digital images derived from lidar data captured in 2008, at Glebe Farm, Clayhidon. The possible field boundary is linear in shape and northwest to southeast aligned. The earthworks closely respect the historic field patterns shown in this location on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe map, although do not correspond with any features shown in this location on this map, or on later available historic maps. This supports the interpretation that the field boundary had passed out of use by the mid-19th century.
