Hegarty, C. + Knight, S. + Sims, R., 2016-2018, The Blackdown Hills AONB and East Devon River Catchments National Mapping Programme Project (Interpretation). SDV359463.

Linear cropmarks of levelled earthworks were visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2002. The cropmarks are interpreted as the remains of former field boundaries.
The visible earthworks do not match any boundaries depicted on the 19th century and early 20th century maps available to the survey but are in keeping with the character of the surrounding field pattern. They are therefore evidence of boundaries of probable medieval to post-medieval date that were removed prior to the mid to late 19th century.
