A roughly circular earthwork mound, circa 26 metres in diameter, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. Located on a slope off a plateau above rivers to the north-east, south-east and south-west, the siting suggests that it could be the remains of a prehistoric barrow. An additional possible barrow is located higher up near the top of the slope to the north-west (MDV116613). No features were identified on other available aerial imagery and interpretation is tentative.
