A pale rectilinear cropmark, just under 2 metres wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1947. It encloses a small area south of Tytherleigh Manor and may have formed over the remains of a former boundary bank associated with early settlement here. It is not depicted on the available historic maps and had presumably fallen out of use by the early-20th century.
