Recorded as Buildings etc (Plot 1299) on the Kings Nympton Tithe Apportionment.

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Three buildings depicted, the largest presumably the farmhouse on the east side of the yard, with a rectangular range along the north side and an L-shaped range at the south-west corner.

Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Littlewood marked, comprising a dispersed group of three buildings. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows only the L-shaped range to have survived. A new building is shown to the south-east (the present farmhouse) and a smaller rectangular building to the north-east.
