Recorded as House, Offices etc (plot 238) on the Witheridge Tithe Apportionment.

Three large groups of buildings depicted around an irregular shaped yard with a pond and another bulding to the south.


Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Bradford Barton marked. Comparison with the Tithe Map appears to show the northern range of buildings to have been altered/rebuilt and the range on the south side, to the south-west of the house largely demolished. Outbuildings are also shown on the north side of the house.
