Prominent scarp feature aligned approximately east to west across Field Number 809 on the Tithe Map. At the east end the earthwork curves north-east and seems to run into the western boundary of the Prehistoric pound to the east. This might suggest both features are of a similar age. The west end of the scarp fades into the fieldbank. The earthwork is 1-1.2 metres high but is not shown on historic maps.
