Series of low scarps and earthworks in the South-west corner of Field Number 813 on the Tithe Map. The first runs circa 30 metres east-south-east from a slight kink in the western boundary to a small stone dump. Another low scarp runs from the stone dump south-south-west towards the corner of the field. To the south is another slight earthwork that may be the upper boundary of a small enclosure in Field Number 808 on the Tithe Map. These features may be of Prehistoric origin but are largely ploughed out.

Earthwork banks up to circa 8m wide are visible on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, defining a rectilinear enclosure approximately 30 by 15m in size, in the south-west corner of a field, approximately 400m north-east of Lower Cadworthy Farm.
The visible earthworks do not correspond with any boundaries depicted on the 19th or early 20th century maps available to the survey but do appear to be aligned on field boundaries of probable medieval origin.
The banks have previously been interpreted as potentially of prehistoric origin. However, the possible relationship with the surrounding field pattern make an interpretation as medieval boundary banks more convincing, potentially associated with a deserted settlement in this area
The banks have been transcribed as part of the surrounding field system (MDV127081).
