Full description

The Sampford Spiney Tithe Map shows a range of buildings fronting onto the road here; part may still be preserved in number 1 Bedford Place. No properties to the rear at this time.

The late 19th century historic map shows the site has been developed to comprise a range of buildings around a central courtyard. Unclear how much (if any) of the original buildings shown on the Tithe Map survived.
