Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
The Sampford Spiney Tithe Map shows buildings adjoining Weirside (2 Cole's Cottage), including smaller structures right on the riverside by the weir, which presumably may be mill buildings. Plot 2 on the apportionment is just listed as 'Garden'; part of 'Cole's House and premises'.

The late 19th century historic map shows buildings that appear unchanged since the Tithe Map depiction.
