Greeves, T., 2007, Reddaford Farm, Willsworthy: An Archaeological and Historical Survey (Report - Survey). SDV360294.

The survey at Reddaford Farm identified six buildings within the farmstead.
Building 1: The farmhouse was probably built in the 17th century on the footprint of a Medieval structure. The building is circa 21 metres long by up to 4.8 metres wide internally. At the west end is a vertical slab which once formed the south side of a fireplace. A recess for a second fireplace is visible at the east end of the building. The outshot on the north side has internal mesurements of approximately 6 metres by 2 metres.

White, P., 2013, Previously Unsurveyed Dartmoor Historic Farmsteads, Redford, Whitehill (Un-published). SDV352501.

Redford listed as a lost farmstead.

National Monument Record, 2015, Pastscape (Website). SDV357603.

Site visited on 9th September 1979. The degree of deterioration of the buildings since 1907 is remarkable. Although the outbuildings are unmortared the site is probably Post-medieval. A moulded granite fireplace jamb survives. Plan shows buildings within hedgebanks, and a possible pillow mound.

Ordnance Survey, 2016, MasterMap (Cartographic). SDV359352.

Outline of part of the building shown on modern mapping.
