A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to circa 5 metres wide, is indistinctly visible on aerial photographs taken in 1996 and on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014. It is similar in appearance to a conjoined perpendicular earthwork on the east, which corresponds to a field boundary depicted on the historic map. It is interpreted as a relict medieval or post-medieval field boundary bank that had fallen out of use by the early-20th century.
