Site 34: Mica pit surrounded by an earth-mortared granite wall circa 28 by 22 metres which is full of mica waste. Presumably waste was piped down from the mica drags at SX53736345 as a series of these pits run upslope from the kiln towards the drags. A sluice gate, infilled with wooden boards, controlled the run-off of clear water into the channel to the south-west (Site 33).
