Full description
Smith, N. J. L., 1992, Woodland Archaeological Survey December 1991 North Bovey Woodlands, 17, figure 11 (Report - Survey). SDV360446.
CC4 Pillow mound? Large, oblong mound, edged with stones, interrupted by a forestry track. Aligned north-south. (This is depicted on Smith's plan as being over 90 metres long by 16 metres wide; needs confirmation on the ground as this size seems rather unlikely. Has not been included in spatial features linked to this record. Richards, A. F. 09/10/2017).
CC5 Pillow mound? Circular mound of earth and stones. Possibly another pillow mound.
CC6 Pillow mound? Circular mound of earth and stones.
CC7 Pillow mound? Circular mound of earth and stones lying adjacent and to the east of CC6.
