Standon Farmhouse was demolished in 1977. The remaining dwelling and agricultural buildings have been converted into military accommodation. The associated fields and agricultural features including pens and an amorphous mound survive.

Greeves, T., 2009, Standon Farm: an historical and archaeological survey, 71-74, Figure 23 (Report - Survey). SDV360465.

Earthwork remains of the possible site of a Medieval building to the east of Standon Farm. The earthworks are aligned north-west to south-east and indicate a building of 9 metres by 3-4 metres. There is a possible entrance on the north-east side and a terraced feature extends south-westwards from the lower end of the building which may indicate another room. The remains fall within a large enclosure recorded as 'Collacroft' on the 19th century Tithe Apportionment which may be interpreted as 'Cole's' or 'Cold Croft'. This may be recording one of the earliest Medieval settlements at Standon.
