Shame, S., 1994, Woodland Archaeological Survey Kennick and Tottiford Woods, Devon, Kennick, J3 (Report - Survey). SDV360483.
Possible trial pit noted on the western side of the Trenchford Stream, just downstream from the crossing place, consisting of a 2.0 metre diameter depression.
