Full description

Shame, S., 1994, Woodland Archaeological Survey Kennick and Tottiford Woods, Devon, Kennick, Z1 (Report - Survey). SDV360483.

To the north-west part of this sector of the woodland is a small (2.0 by 3.0 metre) yellow brick structure laid to Flemish bond. Slate roof. Blocked window and door. Probably mid-19th century. Weir over the stream to the west.
