An oblong mound, 58m x 15m, is visible on aerial photographs (p1) and was digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme. The date and function of this feature are uncertain: it may be a spoil mound resulting from small-scale quarrying. Alternatively, given the hill top position of the feature, it may be the remains of a long barrow.
