The linear banks transcriptions do not closely correspond to the grid reference for PRN167204, which is located approximately 320m to the west. It is assumed the co-ordinates have been incorrectly entered for this record.

The fragmentary remains of a rectilinear field system are visible as a series of cropmark banks on aerial photographs (p1) and were digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme. The features lie within an area classed as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon and are likely to be medieval or later in origin.
