Kanefsky, J., Untitled Source (Migrated Record). SDV525.

toll house, built in 1840, on branch of the exeter-barnstaple turnpike at meeth gate. It was used by the methodists as a chapel until 1925.(andrews).(possible confusion with chapel at ss675-229-. See crf).
