Full description

Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division, 1953, SS63NW6 (Ordnance Survey Archaeology Division Card). SDV337199.

Prehistoric rampart defences earthwork "B" in the southwestern part of Smytha Park hillfort. To west of enclosure "A" and crossing ridge at narrowest point is shallow ditch, southern half has slight bank to east, and ends where land falls away steeply. Northeast end merges into crops. May be an outlying earthwork of enclosure "A". Other details: Plan & photgraph.
