A complex of linear features is visible as a series of cropmark ditches on aerial photographs (p1) and was digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme. For the most part the ditches are on a SW-NE x SE-NW alignment. The features extend from SS 45752 02757 in the west to SS 46309 03131 in the east and to SS 45530 03200 in the north. The date and function of these features are uncertain: some are likely to be trackways, whilst others may be providing drainage. The features lie within an area classed as being of uncertain character in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
