Four linear features running parallel with one another are visible as single ditches on aerial photographs (p1). They are each approximately 180m long. The features are sited within an area described as ‘Post-medieval enclosures’ in Devon’s Historic Landscape Characterisation, and are likely to be cultivation or drainage ditches of post-medieval origin. They have been digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme.
