Banked field boundaries of medieval or later date, visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1) and digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. At SS 62403 22574, a particularly wide bank which follows the contours may be a lynchet. The features are sited within an area described as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
