Transcriptions of ditches correspond to the grid reference for PRN167668.

Two single ditch linear features are visible on aerial photographs (p1). One is a straight feature 80m long, the other runs parallel with the first for 80m then turns roughly 75 degrees to run SW-NE for 100m. The features are sited within an area described as ‘Medieval enclosures based on strip fields’ in Devon’s Historic Landscape Characterisation, and are likely to be field boundaries of medieval or later origin. It is possible however that they are the remains of an enclosure of uncertain function or origin, which has been cut by a later field boundary. They have been digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme.
