A banked field boundary, 114m long, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (p1), running NNE towards the railway line, 200m to the west of Halse Bridge. The field boundary is of medieval or later origin and was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. The features are sited within an area described as rough ground in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
