Transcriptions of ditches correspond to the grid reference for PRN166988.

Parallel ditches running E-W for 96m are faintly visible on aerial photos (p1). The features are sited within an area described as ‘Barton’ fields for Devon’s Historic Landscape Characterisation and it is possible that they are the remains of field boundaries of C15th- C18th origin. They have been digitally plotted as part of the National Mapping Programme.
