A curved linear bank, 123m long is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (p1) to the north of Stabdon Farm. The feature is likely to be a field boundary of medieval or later date, but may form part of an earlier enclosure or trackway as it appears to cut across the extant field system which is sited within an area described as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
