A series of parallel ditched field boundaries are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1) and were digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. They are considered likely to be of medieval or later origin. The features are sited within an area described as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
