Transcriptions of a semi-circular bank correspond to the grid reference for PRN166725.

The possible site of a curvilinear banked enclosure, 39m by 33m in size, is visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1) on the south facing slope above Burrowcleave Wood. The site, which was digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme may be of prehistoric origin, it appears to have a south facing entrance.
