Linear ditched features are visible as faint cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1) immediately to the south of Higher Reeve. They are considered likely to be field boundaries or trackways of medieval or later date and were digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. The features are sited within an area described as medieval enclosures based on strip fields in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
