Fragments of a banked field system of medieval or later date are visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs (p1-2). The features lie within Thorn Park and presumably predate its construction. The features were digitally plotted during the National Mapping Programme. The features are sited within an area described as a park or garden in the Historic Landscape Characterisation for Devon.
