A small property immediately west of the ‘Old Toll House’ and extending over the alleyway to ‘Sunnyside’.
It is under the same slate roof (single span) as number 22 to the west. Stone built an rendered with a new bow window on the ground floor and older sash window upstairs.
It does not seem to be represented separately on the Tithe Map, perhaps owing to a rebuilding of the range comprising numbers 6, 7 and 8 Church Street.
