Full description

Represented on the Tithe Map as a row of three cottages. Plots 3116-3118; ‘Dwelling House’, owner Reverend F Walters, occupier John Farleigh and others.

This cottage is represented on the 1843 Tithe Apportionment as a row of three small cottages (see source).
It is now a single house. It is stone built under a single span slate roof. The west gable end is rendered and has a large stone axial chimney stack (also rendered).
The south front is rendered. There is a second axial chimney stack about halfway along the roof; it is stone built, large and square with a brick extension, and slate thatch drip courses. Doors and windows are modern.
