The fragmentary remains of a Post Medieval water meadow, known locally as a Catch Meadow Irrigation System, are visible as earthworks, on aerial photographs. Four roughly parallel field
gutters or drains, measuring up to 150m long, extend along the contour of a slope, and are centred at SS 9763 2532.
