The remains of a Post Medieval water meadow, known locally as a Catch Meadow Irrigation System, are visible as earthworks, on aerial photographs. Two concentrations of roughly parallel field gutters or drains, measuring up to 200m long, extend along the contours of the steep west facing slopes to the west of Morebath Manor. They are centred at SS 9663 2569 and SS 9673 2548.
