The remains of a possible Post Medieval water meadow, known locally as a Catch Meadow Irrigation System, are visible as earthworks, on aerial photographs. Eight roughly parallel field gutters or drains, measuring up to 200m long, extend along the contour of a south facing slope to the south of Timewell House. They are centred at SS 9607 2568.
