The remains of a possible Post Medieval water meadow are visible as earthworks flanking the Shuttern Brook just to the west of the village of Morebath, on aerial photographs. A number of drains
extend parallel and perpendicular to the brook from SS 9512 2513 to SS 9523 2495.
