Full description

South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.

Small farm is depicted on the Tithe Map here; 122 on the apportionment. Consists of a farmhouse to the north of the yard, with three farm buildings bordering the yard on south, east and west sides.
There is no sign of this farm on the later 19th century historic map.

Walter, N., 2016, Leat 350 metres south-east of Kelly Farm (Worksheet). SDV361162.

It's possible that the dressed granite used to line the leat (MDV122029) came from the demolished Warmpit Farm.
