Full description

Devon County Council, 1838-1848, Tithe Mosaic, approximately 1838-1848 (Cartographic). SDV349431.

Farmstead depicted, comprising a large L-shape range(s) of buildings in the north-west corner of a yard with three smaller separate buildings on the north, east and south sides. Named on map as Velliford.


Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.

Farmstead marked as Great Velliford. Comparison with the Tithe Map shows the layout of th farmstead to have changed little, although several buildings have been added.

Now called Vellaford Farm.
