Recorded as 'Court Yard and Buildings' (670) and 'Garden' (669) on the Poughill Tithe Apportionment.

Grantland depicted, comprising four groups of buildings.

Grantland marked, comprising a reversed 'L-shaped' range of buildings along the north side of a yard with the farmhouse off the south-west corner. Orchards are shown to the south and north acros which is a trackway to a round building within the 'L' of the northern range.
