Recorded as 'House Barn Linhay and Courtlege' on the Cadeleigh Tithe Apportionment (plot 560).

Marked as Lower Coombe on the Tithe map, comprising an L-shaped range on the west side of a river or stream and a smaller L-shaped range with a small square building attached on the east side. A bridge is shown over the stream.
