A curvilinear cropmark of a ditch is visible.

A curvilinear cropmark of a ditch 6m wide and 86m long is visible on aerial photographs of 1999 on the north-east facing slopes south-east of Ivy Cottage Cross, Mamhead. The cropmark is interpreted as possible evidence for the northern boundary of a ditched enclosure of later prehistoric date. No evidence of a southern edge to the suggested circuit was visible on images available to the survey.
