The same cluster of fields are also visible on Ordnance Survey 1880s-90s First Edition Mapping.

Development has begun in the fields furthest west as shown on 1946-49 Royal Air Force Aerial Photographs.

Cluster of 9 fields containing the words 'Leaden Gate' on 1839 Tithe Apportionment and c. 1840 Tithe Map to North and South of road. Name suggests gate, but nature unknown. Much of area now developed. House to South of road called Leadengate House on modern map.
