An oval mound circa 28m across is visible as a very subtle earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946 to the north-west of North Kenwood, on the north-west edge of a forestry track that follows the parish boundary between Kenton and Kenn, A similar but larger earthwork is visible immediately south-east of the track. The earthwork is interpreted as the possible remains of a funerary monument, possibly a cairn, of later prehistoric date. The mound is obscured by dense plantation cover on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2016.
