A possible T-shaped bank is visible as an earthwork under recently planted plantation tree cover on aerial photographs of the 1940s on Great Haldon, immediately to the east of Exeter Racecourse. The roughly north-east to south-west aligned element of the possible earthwork is up to 460m long and 27m wide. It on a similar alignment to, but does not precisely correspond with, a field boundary depicted on the Tithe Map for Kenn of probable 19th century date. The visible earthwork is interpreted as a relict boundary of possible medieval to 19th century date. The earthwork is obscured by dense plantation cover on digital images derived from aerial photographs of 2016.
