A curvilinear earthwork bank, in parts up to approximately 6 metres wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946 and 1950. It fits into the field pattern and is interpreted as a relict field boundary. Its curvilinear shape indicates a likely medieval origin, but it is not depicted on the Tithe map and any field boundary here probably went out of use before the mid-19th century.
