Five curvilinear earthwork or cropmark features, visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards, are interpreted as relict levelled field boundaries. They fit into the surrounding field system which has a medieval character, and their curvilinear shape supports a medieval origin for these features. One of the ditches, at 290835,70236, appears to survive as a slight earthwork which is visible on digital images visualised from photogrammetrically derived elevation data captured in 2015. None are depicted on the mid-19th century Tithe maps, and they presumably went out of use before the mid-19th century.
