Parallel linear earthwork banks, approximately 3 metres in width, and some trees are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946 and 1950. They are aligned cross-contour and in a plot depicted with orchard trees on the late-19th century OS maps. They are interpreted as post-medieval or 19th century banks for fruit tree cultivation, which went out of use in the 20th century.
